TON launches EARLY - Web3 into Telegram

The landscape of Web3 is always changing, bringing about challenges as it progresses. Startups, on blockchains and Layer 1 protocols often face difficulties in attracting users and establishing an active community. Despite its speed and seamless integration with Telegram, the TON Ecosystem is currently grappling with growth related obstacles amidst its increasing popularity.

Recognizing the hurdles that teams encounter when developing Web3 products, the TON Foundation has launched support programs like the TON Accelerator Program, Mentorship Program, Community Bot and The Open League. However there is still a gap in our assistance for emerging projects striving to cultivate communities and draw in users from the outset. It's evident for ventures that without an existing audience gaining exposure post launch can seem like a daunting task.

The TON’s Community’s goal is to bridge this divide by providing support to projects that might otherwise go unnoticed. Through incentivizing users to explore and engage with initiatives, the TON Ecosystem serves as a platform, for discovery encouraging experimentation with technologies that users may not have encountered otherwise.

Introducing Early

The TON Community recently launched a growth hacking platform designed specifically for early stage projects focused on building solutions on TON to connect with their initial power users.

The collaboration, between the TON Foundation Accelerator and Open Builders that are known for Notcoin, has led to the development of Early. This innovative tool utilizes the infrastructure of the TON Community bot to connect TON projects with an audience of more than 7.5 million users on the Community bot platform.

Early serves as a cutting edge solution for Web3 teams assisting them in building communities, refining business objectives and preparing confidently for their launch. It focuses on enhancing community engagement incentivizing task completion and embracing a distribution model based on sweat equity while prioritizing contributions over financial investments.

Soon to be available on TON Community Bot, Early presents a chance to interact with emerging TON Ecosystem projects, earn rewards and access project Alphas ahead of time without any obligations.

Transitioning from TON Accelerator to Early and further onto Tonstarter and The Open League, signifies an integrated approach within the TON launchpad programs. These programs are strategically designed to support projects from their inception stage to achieving success and popularity. Projects seeking access, to Early must first gain acceptance into the TON Accelerator program.

The TON Accelerator provides support to projects by offering mentorship, strategic guidance and the necessary funding to establish an sustainable presence, in the Web3 environment. Consequently, Early offers exposure opportunities for projects to apply their learnings from the accelerator.

Early operates as a platform that guides committed users towards projects helping generate momentum without requiring contributions from participants. It emphasizes the importance of contributors over capital. Achieving success on Early is measured through user engagement, building a strong user base that paves the way for Tonstarter and other platforms that aid project launches.

Tonstarter offers a platform for hosting a token launch enabling everyday users to have a stake in the future success of their preferred projects. Progress on Tonstarter leads to the objective of participating in The Open League. This final phase is reserved for TONs popular projects marking their journey from inception to prominence within the TON Ecosystem.

Early adopters

Beyond project development Early also caters directly to the TON Community. Users can explore projects, with growth potential support their progress through task based activities and earn rewards via an equitable token distribution system.

In the beginning those who join will be given tokens called soul-bound-tokens (SBTs) which show their support, for startups in the ecosystem. These SBTs do not only make the participants eligible for a share of the projects assets but also mark them as potential recipients of future airdrops. The aim is to recognize and reward those who actively contribute to the TON Ecosystem.

It's essential to remember that not all early stage Web3 projects will be successful. In fact, most of them won't be. As a user you'll get Alpha access to projects and tokens without any commitment while the projects benefit from a committed community of contributors. Early is now accessible on Telegram with the group of TON Accelerator participants arriving soon.

Their plan is to invite, up to 30 TON Accelerator projects to join within the two months with more joining later on.

Conclusion

Through Early, the TON Community expects that participating projects will gain exposure to millions of Community Bot users and expand their user base rapidly sustainably.

They strongly believe this endeavor will prove advantageous, for both projects and users offering an opportunity to explore projects and reap rewards without shouldering the risks typically associated with launch programs.

Identifying the 'hidden gems’ and projects with use cases will always present a challenge. The ultimate objective is to address this by establishing a platform for discovering products. In essence Early serves as a discerning signal amidst the noise with TON Accelerator evaluating project aspects, like security, tokenomics, market fit and innovation. As a user you can trust that your time and effort are directed towards projects poised for success.
